A company is looking for a VP, Sales - Group Benefits (Stop Loss).
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and lead a distribution strategy for level-funded products targeting small group brokers
Establish market presence and negotiate long-term value with sales channel partners
Oversee team performance in sales programs and manage relationships with brokers and partners
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree preferred
CEBS, CLU, and / or ChFC designations preferred
10-15 years of sales and leadership experience in the insurance or financial services industry
Strong collaboration and strategic orientation skills
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and developing sales strategies
