Key Responsibilities :

• Patient Care :
• Accurately record patient medical histories and vital signs.
• Monitor patient conditions, including fluid intake and output.
• Assist patients with daily activities, such as eating, bathing, and medication administration.
• Collect samples for laboratory testing.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
• Documentation :
• Maintain detailed patient charts and records.
• Communicate effectively with healthcare team members.
• Clinical Skills :
• Administer medications, injections, and enemas as prescribed.
• Clean and dress wounds.
• Perform basic medical procedures.

Qualifications :

• Education : Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) degree or equivalent.
• Experience : Previous experience in healthcare preferred.
• Licenses : Current NY State LPN license.
• Certifications : BLS (AHA) certification.
• References : Two professional references.
• Proof of Identity : Driving license or other address proof.
• COVID-19 Vaccination : Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required.
