Human Resources Coordinator :

Job Summary : We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and expertise across various functional areas of human resources.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree or certification in HR, along with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with our organization's goals.

Responsibilities of the Human Resources Coordinator :

  • HR Operations : Manage day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, and data management in HRIS systems.
  • Recruitment and Selection : Participate in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting in the selection process to ensure the hiring of top talent.
  • Employee Relations : Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution to foster positive employee relations.
  • Benefits and Compensation : Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.

Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including job evaluation and salary benchmarking.

  • HR Reporting and Analytics : Prepare HR reports and metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to drive informed decision-making.
  • HR Projects : Contribute to HR projects, such as policy updates, HR system implementations, and organizational change initiatives.

Qualifications of the Human Resources Coordinator :

  • Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

$40,000-50,000
