Our client leadingleader in life sciences and diagnostics is looking for Customer Support Specialist based outof IndianapolisIN.

Duration : 12 Months with a high possibility ofextension

PayRate : $26.70 / hr onW2

ShiftTimings : 12 PM 9 PMEST

TrainingTimings : 8 AM 5 PMEST

Ableto work evenings and occasional weekends based on teamneeds.

Responsibilities :

  • Provideoperations support to the SupportNetwork.
  • Actas a primary point of contact for service representatives answeringinquiries and analyzing researching & troubleshooting awide range of issues varying in complexity related to resourcedispatching case creation spare parts availability distributionetc.

Provide phone support to fieldrepresentatives.

Maintaindocumentation according to established guidelines as may berequired by specific job responsibilities.

Able to workevenings and occasional weekends based on team needs.

Education :

Associates Degree with at least 1 year previous customer service experienceor greater than 3 years previous customer serviceexperience
