Grants and Development Manager

A company is looking for a Grants & Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and write grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and budget narratives to communicate the agency's mission

Manage compliance and grants management, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of grant details

Oversee donor database management and support logistical planning for fundraising events

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in communication, English, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Strong formatting skills and understanding of brand fidelity guidelines

Solid understanding of budgets as they relate to grant proposals

Ability to interact positively in a culturally diverse environment

Experience in persuasive proposal writing preferred
