Summary :

In this role, you will lead efforts to ensure contract and data alignment for select programs, including client compliance reports, dashboard insights, and operational activity.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver consistent data and analytics, driving value and alignment to the membership and contract portfolio.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and implement process improvements that drive value for clients.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide introductory and ongoing client training.
• Support recruiting efforts for new clients.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate resolution of client’s issues.
• Assist in the development and implementation of innovative reporting and analytical insights.
• Support efforts with building performance indicators (targets) through connectivity with both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Strong account management experience.
• Excellent presentation skills, along with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in translating business requirements into practical and actionable recommendations and driving results.
• Adaptable and collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to change, sharing ideas, and engaging with others while maintaining a strong eagerness to learn.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Software products.
• SQL and Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range :

$68,500.00 - $99,400.00
