The Talent Acquisition Partner is the first point of contact and consultant to management on recruitment and selection issues, as well as responsible for the implementation and execution of sourcing and recruiting strategies, and for successfully managing the applicant to hire process.
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable state and federal laws governing selection and hiring along with administering and interpreting RadNet workplace rules and guidelines in partnership operations mission of the organization.
This position requires a minimum of 20% travel and the ideal candidate will live in close proximity to the Hudson Valley area and Greater New York City.
