Job Description :
The Division of Enrollment Management is seeking student employees to assist in Operations performing the following duties :
- Conduct inventory checks and fulfill supply requests
- Operate a state vehicle for courier services and errands
- Assist with various tasks related to facility management
- Setup, track, and troubleshoot office equipment
- Assist with document imaging
- Perform other duties as needed by supervisor
Expected Salary : $ / hour
$ / hour
Minimum Requirements :
- Must be available to work through Spring 5
- Must be available to work a minimum of hours weekly
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to pounds as necessary to move computer equipment and other items
Preferred Qualifications :
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Office experience
