We're looking for Experienced HVAC Installer Technician.

The right candidate will have experience in the following areas :

• 3+ years of Experience
• 2+ years of Lead Installer Experience
• CFC / EPA certification of Type II or Universal
• Performs all repairs and maintenance of all heating / cooling and ventilating components common to residential operations
• Maintains record keeping requirements and written reports as part of a daily routine
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve repairs
• Experience in the repair, replacement and adjustment of residential operating systems
• Performs preventative maintenance and inspections on residential HVAC equipment and systems

The right candidate will be able to :

• Have a valid driver's license and record in good standing
• Ability to operate power tools safely
• Excellent customer service skills / ability to interact with the public
• Potential to excel in your role
• High level of motivation and great work ethic
• Must be able to pass a drug screen / criminal background check
• Demonstrated skills showing initiative, personal responsibility and accountability
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines
• Maintains a "can do" attitude
• A team player who contributes and works with others accomplishing results
• Exceptional customer service skills involving building trust, strong interpersonal relations, and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Attention to detail and punctuality is critical
• Willingness to learn and have a great attitude with positive energy
• Have pride in technical ability and strive to be in the top 5% of our field
• Passion for serving customers with good communication skills
