- assist with governance processes and maintenance of key compliance documents for the Americas region
- ensure minimum standards are maintained for key documents
- digest and comprehend complex topics
- provide key metrics for reporting to senior management
- respond to a wide range of inquiries
- work with subject matter experts across the second line of defense
- provide intermittent support to Compliance Training team
- participate in strategic projects under the Combined US Operations (CUSO) Compliance Program
- take the initiative in learning and applying new skills
