The Business Operations team supports sales, account, and engagement leaders. We bring efficiency to internal functions and enable consultants to focus their time on our clients.
What You'll Do
The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end operations of the TOLA market. This role reports to the Central Region Business Operations Director.
Responsibilities include :
- Assist pursuit leads in maintaining sales, opportunity, and staffing data in our systems
- Facilitate deal review process and governance
- Support account planning processes
- Monitor engagement financials and partner with delivery teams to mitigate risks
- Validate and reconcile consultant time entry
- Provide metrics and reporting to support account, industry, and market leaders
- Act as a liaison to the Engagement Management Office and other global services teams to research complex questions and troubleshoot issues
- Serve as an advisor to business leaders in TOLA, helping them look around corners and anticipate future challenges
- Maintain operational excellence and advance operational maturity in your market
- Participate in occasional global initiatives and champion them in your market
- Actively mentor and coach direct reports
Qualifications :
- 5-7+ years of professional work experience, preferably in consulting
- At least 2+ years in a business operations role or in a management consulting role
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong financial aptitude
- Exceptional analysis skills and the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and multi-task with ease
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including advanced Excel skills, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Process design and improvement experience
Preferred experience :
- Professional services industry experience
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool and Power BI or similar analytics tool
- People leadership experience
Location : Dallas, TX
This is a hybrid role, with up to 50% of time at the Dallas office and the balance remote; occasional travel may be required
