As an Assistant Sales Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our close-knit team , actively seeking opportunities in residential and commercial roofing, siding, and gutter services.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect residential leads for property inspections.
  • Offer complimentary property damage inspections and assessments.
  • Handle referrals promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain high field activity levels - be the energy source.
  • Uphold the esteemed reputation of the R3 brand.
  • Execute trained processes with precision.
  • Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and leverage it for referral business.

Qualifications :

  • No prior roofing or construction knowledge required; we believe in your potential.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Drive and determination to excel.
  • Willingness to learn CRM software and sales KPIs.
  • Sales experience is a bonus; enthusiasm is our priority.
  • Ability to knock on 50+ doors daily, 5 days per week.
  • Proficiency with provided iPad and software.

Rewards and Incentives :

  • 100% Commission - $250 per set appointment with a signed contingency.
  • Realistic First-Year Earnings Range : $50,000.00 - $80,000.00+
  • Realistic Second-Year Earnings Range : $80,000.00 - $125,000.00+
  • Exciting incentive program including a chance to earn an annual trip for top sales leaders!

Top-Notch Training :

Candidates interested in earning the $500 weekly training pay must meet the following requirements through pay period Thursday-Wednesday :

  • Conduct a minimum of 50 door knockings over 4 days each week.
  • Attend mandatory team meetings held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2 : 00 pm.
  • Allocate 5 hours weekly to watch training videos.
  • During training you'll have the opportunity to earn commission as well!

Path to Success :

  • Experienced Assistant Sales Managers can fast-track to our Sales Manager role.
  • We believe in promoting from within and offer outstanding advancement opportunities.

A Week in the Life of Our Top Performers :

  • High-energy action 4 days during the week, and 1 weekend day.
  • Success hours : 3-7 pm during the week and 10-5 pm on the weekend.
