Overview

Genesis10 is seeking a Technical Writer for our pharmacy benefit manager client. This remote, six-month contract requires consultants to align their core business hours with 9 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM Central Time.

Responsibilities

Conduct interviews with technical and business stakeholders to gather requirements.

Translate spoken and conceptual requirements into clear, detailed documentation.

Develop technical documents, manuals, and process guides to support cloud transformation initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in documentation.

Maintain version control and ensure all documentation aligns with organizational standards.

Qualifications

4+ years of technical writing experience with a focus on IT or cloud-based projects.

Strong understanding of cloud technologies and transformation initiatives.

Proven ability to translate complex technical information into user-friendly documentation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Preferred Qualities

Technically savvy, with the ability to quickly grasp new tools and concepts.

Strong interpersonal skills for effective interviewing and collaboration.

Eager to learn and contribute to the success of the program.

Compensation

Hourly W2 pay : $40.00 to $48.00 / hour

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
