You are...

An experienced Blue Yonder Demand and Fulfillment Solution Architect with a drive to succeed and a desire to learn, that will develop and grow our Planning business for the Blue Yonder platform.

The Work...

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities :

Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility - Demand planning, Demand 360, Fulfillment, and order optimization.

Exposure to LDE or implementation experience with LDE is a plus.

• Architecting Planning solutions to achieve a defined business outcome, working with Interfaces, workflows, and data management / data migration.
• Should be able to configure the system to support business requirements, design / configure different seeded resources.

Should be able to drive business requirement workshop and solution design related to BY demand and fulfillment module

• Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
• Interacts with senior management at a client and / or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
• Has some latitude in decision-making.
• Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Manages large - medium sized teams and / or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
• Drive team to Perform solution configuration, end to end testing during System Integration Testing
• Drives team to the adoption of standard business supply chain planning operating model practices.
• Provide knowledge of integrating Blue Yonder with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment.
• Should have strong communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• May be willing to travel for projects to the client site as per the needs
• Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need :

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations and Execution
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Blue Yonder Tools as Solution Architect; and at least one BY Demand, Demand 360, BY Fulfillment / Order Optimization implementation in retail or consumer goods industry
• Minimum of 3 years of experience Managing Small to Mid-Sized Staffs and Projects
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Nice to have :

• Experience in BY LDE and BY flowcasting solution.
• Advanced knowledge of Blue Yonder planning solutions configuration approaches and integration with peripheral solution such as ESP.
• Experience in functional integration to major ERP and planning solution

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.
