Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote Lead Functional Analyst to support one of our Fortune 500 clients. The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria :

  • The qualified candidate MUST have current Electric Utility or Renewable Energy experience.

Required :

  • Minimum of 3 years of recent experience working in Software Delivery or Data Analytics in the following power systems : Transmission, Distribution, Solar Analytics, or DERMS.
  • Experience building out full lifecycle power systems products using Python
  • Must have exceptional communication skills and experience engaging stakeholders

    • Desired :

  • AWS Experience

    • Responsibilities :

  • Leading the analysis and decision making on a power systems product roadmap
  • Having a strong technical background, who can work in a functional capacity engaging with stakeholders.
  • Liaising within the technical engineering team and business while applying business insights for the team's direction and priorities.
  • Mentoring team members, removing impediments, and helping team navigate priorities
