Human Resources Representative I
This is administrative work within the First Judicial District's Office of Human Resources. Principal emphasis of the work is serving as the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and callers, answering phones, managing schedules, and handling mail and administrative tasks to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
The following duties are normal for this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
Knowledge of court service and related inter-agency personnel regulations, rules, policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with work assignment.
Considerable knowledge of office practices and procedures required in maintenance of First Judicial District central personnel records, files, and related documentation.
Knowledge of English usage and grammar.
Ability to make varied basic arithmetic computations with speed and accuracy.
Ability to type from clear copy at a speed and accuracy level as required by assigned function.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with departmental managers, inter-agency personnel and fellow employees in accomplishing assigned functions.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or Human Resources, is preferred.
Two years' experience as a receptionist, or client service representative is required.
Customer Service experience is required.
Strong organization, time management and communication skills is required.
This is a full-time onsite (not remote) position.
Salary Range : $40,503 - $44,138
