D Aceto Services LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant / HR Coordinator to join our remote team. In this role, you will support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance. Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support new hire onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organizing employee training and development programs.
- Help with performance management processes and documentation.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in an HR assistant or coordinator role.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
