About the Team

Walmart Central Fill Pharmacy is a specialized type of pharmacy that focuses on processing and dispensing of prescriptions for multiple retail pharmacy locations within a region.

Unlike a traditional pharmacy, Central Fill is full of automation allowing prescriptions to be filled fast and accurately.

But the best part of Central Fill pharmacy is taking care of our patients in the community. While we are not patient facing, our job provides retail pharmacies the ability to spend much deserved time providing clinical services and education to the communities they serve.

We are hiring for an onsite Hourly Human Resources Senior Coordinator, HR Training in Frederick, MD.

Work Schedule :

Must have flexibility to work any day during the week between 7 am to 9 pm as needed for department coverage, training, and associate engagement activities.

Minimum Qualifications :

Associate’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, Education, or related fields OR 1 years’ experience in communications, contact center, or related area

Great organizational skills

Experience in Microsoft Office especially Excel, PPT, and Outlook

Experience putting together data into reports

Must be comfortable facilitating in front of large groups as they are responsible for onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelors in HR, Business, Communication or Education.

4 to 6 years Training others in a production-based environment.

Job Duties :

Coordinates learning activities, including organizing materials, monitoring progress, and advising on improvements to facilitate effective training and development programs.

Manages new hire learning processes, including scheduling trainings and conducting orientations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all associates.

Maintains accurate records and transactions, including filing, entering, and updating associate information, and ensuring payroll accuracy.

Communicates company policies and changes to associates, and answers questions regarding company policies and procedures.

Develops and implements processes and practices to meet business needs, while promoting compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity.

The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00-$22.50*

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

  • Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
  • Sales Volume Category (SVC) (based on facility sales volume)

Minimum Qualifications...

1 year’s experience in human resources, customer service or related field.

1 year's experience performing clerical related responsibilities (for example, filing, data entry, maintaining financial records) using computer applications (for example, email, spreadsheets, word processing).

Preferred Qualifications...

Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related area., Walmart, Sam’s Club, or Logistics Human Resources, customer service or related field.
