As part of the Float Pool team , you will use your specialized skills to provide exceptional care across various departments, ensuring that patients receive the attention and treatment they need.

Responsibilities :
- Provide comprehensive nursing care across multiple units, adapting quickly to the unique needs of each department.
- Administer medications, manage IVs, assess patients, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, offering education and emotional support.
- Ensure all care is documented accurately and in compliance with hospital policies.
- Stay flexible and ready to address critical needs as part of a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Required Qualifications :
- Education : Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure : Montana Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Experience : Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
