The Financial Reporting Analyst (EPM / HFM) will be based at our Oak Brook, Illinois office. We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated to work directly with leaders in the business to ensure all aspects of Financial Statements comply with US GAAP.

This individual should be creative, dedicated, and able to work with a collaborative culture. They must have the ability to prioritize, troubleshoot, and work closely with other team members to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and share data.

How You Will Help :

• Superuser of HFM financial consolidation applications including standard development, testing, monitoring and security
• Maintenance and development of HFM rules in visual basic
• Maintenance of existing HFM & SmartView reports
• Preparation of recurring HFM & SmartView reports
• HFM User Support & Security
• Ad Hoc reports and projects deliverables from general direction as required
• Work with the Financial Planning and Analysis team to assist with budget and forecast administration
• Other duties as assigned

What You Will Have :

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA or MBA preferred
• 2-5 years experience administrating Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS) or equivalent accounting consolidation software
• Two years’ experience writing HFM Rules in VBA, FCCS Business Allocation rules or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent with Microsoft applications
• Extremely organized
• Ability to multitask and work effectively with others in a team environment
• Self-starter with excellent, communication, problem solving and analytical skills
• Detail, deadline and goal-oriented
