Focus :
Launch & manage the Environmental Department, aligning with organizational goals and strategy. Utilize an existing book of business for initial departmental growth and sustainability.
Lead business development efforts, identifying new opportunities and expanding market presence.
Mentor and manage department staff, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation. Ensure high-quality project delivery, adhering to budget and timeline constraints.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate environmental considerations into projects. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitive edge.
Represent the company in industry events and maintain financial oversight of the department.
Skill Set :
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
At least 10 years of professional experience in the environmental sector, with a proven track record in business development and departmental leadership.
Established book of business in the environmental field, demonstrating the ability to secure and manage significant projects.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and best practices. Entrepreneurial spirit with a proven ability to start and grow a business unit or department.

Salary : $100K-$150K
