Acting as the vital link between our marketing and sales teams, you'll leverage your natural curiosity and results-oriented mindset to introduce our cutting-edge products and services to new markets.
Your day-to-day will involve : Proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone and email to ignite interest and qualify leads.
Expertly managing existing accounts, fostering brand loyalty, and maximizing opportunities for upselling. Providing exceptional customer support by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and suggesting tailored solutions.
What we're looking for : A proven track record in sales, including hands-on experience with various techniques like cold calling.
Proficiency with CRM software to streamline lead management and conversion. Comfort with MS Excel for data analysis, enabling you to uncover insights and drive strategic decisions.
