Real Estate BusinessDevelopment Coordinator
Overview : The Real Estate Business Development Coordinator plays a key rolein driving the firms growth enhancing client relationships andexpanding market presence.
This position supports the legal team bydeveloping relationships with real estate agents loan officersmortgage brokers and clients.
Spanish proficiency is stronglypreferred but not required.
ReportingRelationship : This role reports directly to the firms leadershipand works closely with attorneys and relevant personnel toimplement effective business developmentstrategies.
Authority : The Real Estate BusinessDevelopment Coordinator cannot practice law and must perform alltasks under the supervision of an attorney.
Compliance with statebar rules and marketing regulations isrequired.
Key Responsibilities :
Developand execute business development strategies to drivegrowth.
Conduct market research to identify trends andopportunities.
Collaborate with attorneys to supportclient acquisition and retention efforts.
Cultivaterelationships with referral sources and maintain strong connectionswith clients.
Monitor market trends and conductcompetitive analysis to identify growth areas.
Assistclients with real estate closing inquiries and ensure successfultransactions.
GeneralResponsibilities :
Manage relationships with referralsources and clients.
Coordinate with lenders builders andreal estate agents as needed.
Attend networking events andrepresent the firm professionally.
Prepare and submitbusiness development reports and updates on marketinsights.
Organize events webinars and networkingactivities to enhance firm visibility.
DailyTasks :
Review reminders prioritize tasks and manageemails.
Organize closing transactions draft lettersreports and presentations.
Schedule meetings prepare fornetworking events and track business developmentactivities.
Education &Experience :
High school diploma required; college degreepreferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in businessdevelopment preferred real estate experience abonus
10year background check required (credit andcriminal)
Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of realestate documents and procedures.
Skills& Competencies :

Compensation :
Offering anannual salary of 60000$80000 based onexperience
