General Manager

Position Overview : As a General Manager, you are responsible for the financial performance of the store. You will encourage strong team engagement and a healthy culture by ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, setting expectations, holding team members accountable, and delivering a great guest experience.

You will maximize sales and traffic growth, inspire your team, and demonstrate commitment to Team, Guest (& Quality), and Business, embodying Caribou's purpose : To create day-making experiences that spark a chain reaction of GOOD.

Core Responsibilities :

• TEAM
• Ensure the store is fully staffed, with up-to-date schedules, and develop engagement strategies to foster growth.
• Build and maintain a high-performing team through goal setting, accountability, and inspiration.
• Oversee onboarding and training programs, providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Uphold company policies, ensure a safe environment, and use systems appropriately.
• GUEST (& Quality)
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
• Improve guest satisfaction, speed of service, and loyalty through strategic initiatives.
• BUSINESS
• Drive store performance, sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Manage schedules, supply chain, assets, budgets, and financial analysis.
• Create energy and focus on meeting / exceeding sales goals.
• Ensure operational standards in food safety, sanitation, and health protocols.
