In this full-time Hybrid W2 DH role (2 days remote / 3 days in-office), you will :
- Assist attorneys with Trust and Estate Administration, including probate filings, accountings, and asset management.
- Prepare estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs, etc.)
- Prepare tax returns (individual, fiduciary, estate, gift) and ensure timely filing.
- Manage deadlines, communicate with clients, and maintain meticulous records.
- Annual billable requirements 1600 / year
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of Trusts & Estates Administration experience is required.
- A Paralegal Certificate or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Technology Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with ChromeRiver, iManage, and tax software (ProSeries Tax) are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability to start a new hybrid role within the next 90 days.
