Executive Assistant
If you are experienced in supporting CEO, COO, and CFO then this could be the next great position for you! LHH is assisting our client to bring on an Executive Assistant on a contract to hire basis.
In this role you will be providing administrative support to the CEO in the corporate office in Phoenix, AZ. Your days will consist of maintaining calendars, creating meeting agendas, as well as planning and coordinating corporate travel arrangements.
The job duties are :
Support C level executives with calendaring, scheduling, and email correspondence.
Perform administrative functions in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ad hoc administrative tasks and projects.
Scheduling and arranging travel for company executives
Event planning and meeting scheduling.
Qualifications :
1+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level employees
Must have an intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
A high level of detail orientation and a knack for process improvements
Bachelor’s degree preferred but relevant work experience will also be accepted
Pay Details : $ to $ per hour
