Responsibilities :
Obtain supplier certifications to stay up to date with the mostrecent changes in the industry
Demonstrateknowledge and recommendation ability in popular vacationdestinations around the globe
Provideoutstanding customer service and attention to detail
Utilizetime management skills to research plan and book vacation packagesfor clients
Offer exceptional remote customer service throughout the bookingprocess addressing inquiries and concerns and providing support toenhance the villa vacation experience
