A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager, Principal.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships to guide customers on feature adoption and product enhancementsManage milestones and transitions for process and solution optimization, including oversight of renewalsConduct quarterly customer sentiment collection and maintain success plans and adoption playbooksRequired QualificationsExperience in a services role within the software or high-tech industryExperience managing critical customer issues with senior managementAccount management or project management experience in the software industryExperience with data analytics to drive customer adoption and value realizationKnowledge of SaaS and cloud technologies, including multi-tenant architecture and integrations
