Residential Construction Estimator
A well-known, stable home builder is looking to add a Residential Construction Estimator to their growing team!

Residential Construction Estimator Core Responsibilities Include :
- Responsible for developing accurate and complete job estimates.
- Obtains bids from vendors and subcontractors by specifying materials; identifying qualified subcontractors; negotiating prices.
- Maintains cost keys and price masters by updating information.
- Resolves cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Residential Construction Estimator Skills and Qualifications :
- 5+ years of Estimating Experience within residential construction
- Knowledge of various estimating software
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of blueprints and specifications
- Ability to meet deadlines
