Visit us online at : Position Description : This position is responsible for greeting, collecting and processing all non-scheduled patients to gather the necessary demographic information required in accordance with all regulations and hospital policies to provide care for the patients, procure reimbursement verification from third parties and maintain records appropriately.
Job Duties : Displays excellent customer service skills while interacting with customers via phone, e-mail, correspondence or in person.
Ability to explain all required forms inherent to the registration process. i.e.; Living Will, MSP questionnaire, financial authorization, Search America release, etc.
Demonstrates the ability to utilize all types of office equipment such as fax machine, scanner, copier, embosser, etc. Demonstrates a good understanding of Insurance processing requirements i.
