Customer Support Operations Manager

We are seeking an Inside Operations Manager to oversee the estimating, processing, and purchasing of millwork projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring project accuracy, material readiness, and strong customer relationships — all while upholding our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities :

• Process material pull sheets and review job specs, orders, and field measurements
• Estimate jobs by performing take-offs and generating accurate bids
• Coordinate with vendors, purchasing, and receiving to ensure timely and correct deliveries
• Support sales through customer communication, cost-benefit analysis, and problem resolution
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer pricing and product specifications
