ABOUT THE ACCOUNTING MANAGER ROLE
In this position, you will oversee the operations of the Accounting department and lead a team of Accounting Specialists.
This is a Monday - Friday position working daylight hours .

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Monitor manufacturer receivables such as incentives
- Manage vehicle floor plan payments
- Oversee title work processes and procedures
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations
- Reconcile and remit monthly and quarterly sales and use taxes
- Prepare payroll for processing and post entries
- Prepare monthly financial statements
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Being detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and staff
- Knowledge of MS Office products and the ability to learn dealership-specific software
- Accounting experience is required
- Previous automotive accounting experience is preferred
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
