Youll ensure accurate payment processing, support month-end close, foster strong vendor relationships, and contribute to the financial health of the organization.
This a full-time, hybrid position requiring you to work in the office on Mondays, Thursdays, and on team meeting days (typically twice per month).
Daily, the team works core business hours from 9 AM to 3 PM but team members have the flexibility to work morning or late afternoon hours for the remainder of their shift.
What You'll Bring to the Table
To be a good fit for the Accounts Payable Coordinator III position, you will have :
- An associate's degree in accounting, business or a related area
- 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including time in a high-volume role
- Must be detail-oriented with a good understanding of A / P; understanding of inventory is an advantage
- Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, basic macros, pivot tables) andproficiency with other MS Office products
- Experience with AP software; knowledge of Sage 100 is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with vendors and all members of organization

The Job
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will join a small, talented team and hold primary responsibility for the full-cycle accounts payable function.
You will work with the team, including your supervisor, the Assistant Controller, the Director of Finance, and Accounts Receivable, and meet daily AP demands up to 500 invoices per month.
You'll interact with company leaders and vendors, support month-end close, assist with additional projects as needed, and provide limited administrative assistance.
