About the Job :

Peak Energy is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to be a key contributor to our recruitment efforts. You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting potential candidates, managing the hiring process, and ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities :

• Candidate Sourcing : Utilize a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract potential candidates.
• Candidate Screening : Review resumes and applications, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, ensuring alignment between candidates and job requirements.
• Recruitment Process Management : Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and job offers.
• Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive experience for candidates by providing clear communication and support throughout the hiring process.
• Employer Branding : Promote the company's employer brand through engaging job descriptions, career fairs, and other branding initiatives.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Compliance : Stay informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure all hiring practices are compliant.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other relevant HR software.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Familiarity with best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred.
