The Talent Acquisition Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our recruitment strategy to attract top talent across various functions within the organization.
This individual will lead a team of recruiters and collaborate closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to identify talent needs, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive workforce planning strategies to fulfill strategic business objectives.
- Assess gaps and determine targeted talent management interventions to ensure organization has the right people with the right skills at the right time.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve recruitment goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand current and future talent needs and develop proactive recruitment plans.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including networking, direct sourcing, social media, job boards, and referrals, to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruitment agencies, universities, and professional organizations, to enhance our talent pipeline.
- Evaluate and streamline recruitment processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and the overall candidate experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment technologies to continuously optimize our approach to talent acquisition.
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of recruitment metrics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and inform decision-making.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our reputation as an employer of choice.
Compliance and Reporting :
- Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant statutes.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and prepare reports as needed.
- Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future talent needs and proactively develop recruitment plans to address them.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in utilizing recruitment tools and technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, particularly related to recruitment and selection processes.

Competitive Compensation :
- Base Salary : $111,500 - $126,300
- Annual bonus up to 15% based on company KPI's and individual performance
