We are looking for a diligent accountant to join our Finance department. The Junior Accountant's responsibilities include assisting with month-close processes, maintaining accounts payable documentation, supporting accounts receivable, and preparing financial reporting.
The Junior Accountant will have both a day-to-day and ongoing impact on financial transactions, keeping us on track, on time, and on good terms with our valued partners.
Responsibilities : Maintain accounts receivable records to ensure aging is up to date, credits and collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for, and miscellaneous differences are cleared Manage accounts payable and purchasing and ensure expenses are posted to the appropriate accounts Resolve account payable and receivable issues or queries.
Manage T&E platform. Meet processing and reporting deadlines. Respond to information requests and assist with audits. Support filings for state and local licenses.
Assist the Finance team as needed. Required Skills / Abilities : Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred 2+ years of experience in AR and AP Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with Bill.
