Job Overview :
The Interpreter assists deaf or hard of hearing individuals by facilitating communication in a variety of scenarios related to their day-to-day activities.
This role involves providing intercultural mediation to help ensure that communication is clear and effective, enabling the delivery of culturally sensitive support.
A commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience, maintaining patient privacy and safety, and fostering a spirit of teamwork is essential for this position.

Job type : ONSITE (in-person)
Location : Columbia, SC, USA.
Schedule : It is usually during regular business hours (8 am - 6 pm ). Appointments are based on the needs of the clients.
Rate : it depends on Certification and Experience.
Your background and experience :
- Work Experience : 1 + years.
- Certifications are not compulsory, but desirable (Ed : K-12, NIC, CI, EIC).
- Fluency in spoken and written English and ASL interpreting, Professional level interpreting.
