Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Marketing, or related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design / Marketing
- Proven project management and leadership experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent creative and innovative skills
- Sense of urgency with effective time management
- Knowledge of interactive design and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and artistic approach to problem-solving
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite or related software
