Job Description
Assembler will be tasked with the simple mechanical assembly and finishing of the in-process units. The main portions that the assembler owns are the box building and the box finishing. This involves :
- Taking rectangular metal pieces that form the frame of the unit and using tools to attach them together.
- Box finishing involves moving the completed unit on wheels to a boxing area where it is wrapped in a cardboard box and stapled before shipment.
- The box finishing process requires dexterity to reach around the unit and above one's head to wrap it.
Required Skills
- Experience with hand and power tools
- Comfortable with heavy lifting
- Own a pair of steel toe or composite toe shoes
Pay & Shift
- 1st shift : 6am-4 : 30pm + mandatory overtime on Friday that is often / / $18
- 2nd shift : 4 : 30pm-3am + mandatory overtime on Friday that is often. / / $19
Benefits
- Paid Holidays, additional floating holidays.
- Vacation is 120 hours and 40 hours sick time per year. Given day 1 however they have to still accrue or earn it over time.

Location
This is a fully on-site position in Noblesville, Indiana.
Work Environment
- The work environment is a standard fabrication and assembly operation, broken into two areas.
- The fabrication area has a massive laser cutting machine, deburring and brazing stations, and work stations for basic hand tool work.
- The main production area is the assembly area where units move on carts from area to area.
- The assembly area is organized but somewhat cramped as the units take up space.
- The facility is temperature controlled, but workers may still feel warm due to the required arm sleeves.
Required PPE
- Steel Toes (must have their own), safety glasses, protective cut sleeves, and cut gloves are required throughout the entire plant
- Must wear pants made of cotton, canvas, or denim (no sweats, spandex, or nylon). Pants must be at waist and belted if needed
- No hoods worn over head
