About this opportunity :

We are hiring an experienced eDiscovery project manager in Ericsson’s Corporate and Government Investigations team. CGI investigates potential legal and compliance violations within Ericsson and is a critical support in ensuring the effectiveness and credibility of the

Company’s ethics and compliance program. The position is responsible for overseeing the global CGI eDiscovery process, supporting a team of lawyers, investigators, analysts, and paralegals.

What you will do :

  • Lead the central management of the eDiscovery process in CGI including managing the front-end Relativity instance, proactively managing data and associated cost and managing the relationship with the suppliers of eDiscovery IT services.
  • Lead advanced eDiscovery matters in REL One, including searching, analytics, applying artificial intelligence tools, applying filters and search terms, creating review flows and making productions to third parties.
  • Develop eDiscovery processes and tools and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and advise CGI on the application and efficient use of technology based on expertise and hands on experience with E-Discovery tools.
  • Address resource needs and manage workload.

The skills you bring :

  • 8+ years' experience in E-Discovery or Litigation Support, including at least four years in a managerial position.
  • Extensive experience with Relativity eDiscovery tool, particularly REL One, and related advanced tools, including Relativity Assisted Review and Sentiment Analysis.
  • Undergraduate degree. Legal degree and / or high tier Relativity certification is favorable.
  • Experience in-house at an international company or at a law or consulting firm advising multi-national companies.
  • Government investigations experience.
  • Significant experience handling and managing multiple complex projects.
  • Must be able to work independently, exhibit professionalism and work in a team-oriented environment.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to respond to fast-moving issues across time zones.

The salary range for this position is listed below. The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

Washington, DC : $172,800.00 - $259,200.00
