Excellent opportunity to work for a medical equipment manufacturer in Brea, CA.
We are seeking candidates that live close to the Brea, CA area that have at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
This position will be in office only Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
- Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, talent management and employee exits
- Administer payroll system reporting and processing of payroll semi-monthly
- Act as a liaison between the company and outside legal and professional resources to ensure that all employment policies follow current laws and regulations
- Develops, implements, and monitors compliance with employee training and education, safety, and performance evaluation programs
- Researches, reviews, maintains, and renews company benefit packages
- Align HR programs and objectives with headquarter in Korea and provide necessary HR data and information
- Bilingual in Korean is preferred, not required
Direct Hire opportunity $50k-$70k depending on experience
