Description
Siteimprove is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. A substantial part of the job will consist of reviewing, negotiating, and drafting agreements for sales transactions, including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Business Associate Agreements, and Master Subscription Agreements.
Additionally, Corporate Paralegal will assist in drafting responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and perform legal research on a variety of topics.
What you will be doing
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) / Cloud agreements, technology, and strategic relationship agreements, non-standard agreements, and agreements for new products & services
- Maintain and update Siteimprove s boilerplate agreements and other documents and resources for the commercial teams
- Actively work with Siteimprove s Commercial Operations team to respond to RFPs from clients, vendors, or partners
- Set up and manage various contract flow and review processes in our new CLM system.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to stay informed and update leadership about changes in legislation and regulations that impact Siteimprove
- Support other employees, teams, and sales personnel as necessary
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What we will require of you
- 2+ years of prior experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably in contract review and transactional matters
- Associate degree or higher and paralegal certification
- Siteimprove support and encourage non-traditional CVs when it comes to professional background, as outcomes matter most.

- Experience with Cloud Computing / SaaS technology transactions
- Experience with issues pertaining to SaaS, data privacy, and cloud computing, including sales and support of products, development, IP, commercial law, and revenue recognition
- Knowledge of international legal systems, including Canada and Australia
- General understanding of worldwide data privacy regulations
- Operational experience creating and implementing contract processes and working closely with sales operations
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to balance business expectations with compliance with the company's policies and preferences through negotiation and appropriate escalation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic team environment
- Ability to handle and be trusted with confidential and / or sensitive information
- Previous experience in a service-oriented environment with a strong customer service focus
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external customers

USD 76,700-111,240 per-year-salary
Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
