Primary Roles and Responsibilities :
- Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and third party record keeping software
- Create financial reports and perform analysis
- Monitor and maintain inventory, fixed assets
- Cash Management
- Complete accounts payable activities
- Complete accounts receivable activities
- Prepare and maintain cash management reports
- Payroll
- Coordinate and administer payroll

Formal Education / Training :
This position could be based out of the Mason City office or the Ames Iowa office. Some remote is possible for an excellent candidate.
