JobDescription :
As a Process Engineer atKosmos Corp you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficientand effective operation of our production processes.
You will workclosely with our production team to identify areas for improvementand implement solutions to optimize ourprocesses.
KeyResponsibilities :
Monitor and analyzeproduction processes to identify areas forimprovement
Develop and implementprocess improvements to increase efficiency and reducecosts
Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve processissues
Conduct process audits andprovide recommendations for correctiveactions
Develop and maintain processdocumentation and standard operatingprocedures
Train production staff onnew processes and procedures
Monitorand maintain equipment performance to ensure optimaloperation
Identify and implementsafety measures to ensure a safe workingenvironment
Stay current withindustry trends and advancements in processengineering
Requirements
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Engineering or relatedfield
Minimum of 3 years experiencein process engineering
Strongunderstanding of process optimization and improvementtechniques
Knowledge of processsafety management and regulations
Excellent problemsolving and analyticalskills
Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
Ability to workindependently and in a teamenvironment
Proficiency in processsimulation software (e.g. Aspen Plus) is aplus
