Duties :
- Engage in direct client communication and case management.
- Conduct depositions, both taking and defending.
- Perform legal research and drafting of documents.
- Lead mediations and develop effective case strategies.
- Represent clients in trial settings, from intake to resolution.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation; 5+ years preferred.
- Must hold a valid license with the Kentucky State Bar.
- Proven track record of successful jury trials.
- Experience in drafting and responding to various legal motions.
- In-depth knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
Education :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications :
Active membership in the Kentucky State Bar.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
