Position Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Services Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT services, outsourcing, and offshore service offerings.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to understand client needs in the rapidly evolving IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy Development : Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence in IT services and outsourcing.
- Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth in the IT services sector.
- Proposal Development : Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Sales Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract negotiation, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales.
- Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, delivery, and technical teams to ensure alignment in service offerings and client expectations.
- Reporting : Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of years of experience in IT services sales, including outsourcing and offshore services.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the IT staffing and services market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
