We are seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for developing high-performing sales teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales operations, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership : Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture and driving individual and team success.
Sales Strategy Development : Develop and implement effective inside sales strategies and processes to achieve revenue goals and maximize sales productivity.
Performance Monitoring : Set clear sales targets and KPIs, monitoring team performance and providing ongoing feedback, coaching, and support.
Training and Development : Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and product knowledge of the inside sales team, ensuring they are equipped to succeed.
Lead Generation : Collaborate with marketing to identify and pursue lead generation opportunities, optimizing the sales funnel and conversion rates.
Client Engagement : Oversee and participate in sales calls and presentations, ensuring high-quality interactions with potential clients.
Sales Reporting : Analyze sales data and metrics, providing regular reports to senior management on team performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Collaboration : Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer success, and product management, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Experience : 5+ years of experience in inside sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing sales team.
Leadership Skills : Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Excellent Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and team members.
Analytical Skills : Proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics to drive decision-making.
