Job Description :
Responsible for the daily supervision, development, and results of the Inside Sales team. Partner with Outside Sales team to set priorities and delegate work.
Provide the highest grade of quality and service to the customers. Develop new and current customer accounts by marketing company product lines and offering value-added services and availability information to callers.
Negotiate and establish sales quotes based on volume of products purchased and nature of marketplace to effectively offer competitive pricing and ensure the highest profitability.
Qualifications :
High school diploma with minimum 2 years related experience preferred. Perform basic mathematical calculations required to accurately complete assigned tasks (i.
e. margins). Use sound judgment, listening and problem solving skills to analyze customer problems and to recommend the proper course of action.
Product and application knowledge essential. PC proficiency for data entry and utilization of Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Requirements : Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time. Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone for prolonged periods of time.
