Job Description :
The ideal candidate will work for a Salesforce based Compliance project with Cloud Compliance Operations team to support the execution of Cloud commercial agreements in compliance with internal selling policies.
Responsibilities :
- Support program management for a Salesforce based Compliance project, including support in preparing a BRD and liaising with technical / systems teams on a regular basis.
- Conduct and support system audit activities for Cloud Commercial Contract & Agreements.
- Support contract operations to ensure contracts are executed in a compliant and timely manner.
- Respond to inbound questions about sales policies and processes from Cloud Sellers Support with assurance testing desktop procedures.
Experience :
- year of systems / technical support experience, preferably with Salesforce.
- year of experience with quality assurance / audit activities.
- year of experience with contract operations or compliance activities.
- year of project management experience.
Skills :
- year of systems / technical support experience, preferably with Salesforce.

Education :
BA / BS Degree or equivalent work experience.
