Your DaytoDay :
Identify and implementperformancebased metrics to optimize financial performancepartnering with the plant manager to drive cost and productivityefforts.
Lead accuratemonthly financial closing and reporting for the plant manager siteleadership and divisionteams.
Provide indepthanalysis of monthly operational results evaluating sources ofvariability inflation andproductivity.
Ensure stronginternal controls and SOX compliance requirements aremet.
Manage the monthlyforecasting and annual budgetingprocess.
Conduct financialevaluations for capital spendingprojects.
Lead mentor andevaluate a team of salaried employees ensuring direction andresourcedeployment.
Collaborate withsuppliers and third parties to negotiate and drive financialsuccess.
What You Bring to theTeam :
Bachelors degree inAccounting / Finance with a minimum of 3 years ofplant financial experience and 6 overall years of increasingfinancialresponsibility.
Provenexperience in driving cost reduction and productivity initiativesfostering organizational participation in changeefforts.
Proficiencyin performancebased metrics and financialscorecards.
Exceptionalinterpersonal verbal and written communicationskills.
Strong leadershipanalytical and project managementskills.
Strong manufacturing andplantlevel accounting experience managing payroll accounts payableinventory general ledgeretc.
Experience with Six Sigma Kanban or Leanmanufacturing highlypreferred
Strong workingknowledge of ERP systems (SAP Infor Dynamicsetc) .
